Audrey is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor offering virtual therapy for NJ residents. Committed to her purpose, she serves her community in a multitude of ways. As a lead clinician in private practice, Audrey trains and educates up and coming clinicians on clinical practice in couples work and sex therapy.
Dedicated to creating a long lasting impact in the field of psychology in Caribbean landscapes, Audrey currently resides in St Lucia where she partners with Girls of a Feather Inc to provide group and individual therapy to at-risk adolescent girls in addition to facilitating psychoeducational workshops to their families and mentors for further support. Additionally, Audrey is the creator of Un-Loc’d, a podcast exploring topics on the human experience and providing clinical insight on mental health subjects through the Caribbean lens.
As a advocate for leading a happy and balanced life, Audrey has built a reputation for organizing retreats, executing workshops, sitting on panel discussions, and showcasing presentations at conventions. She has also served as a professor in the Psychology department at Union County College where she helped to develop critical thinking skills of her students in various psychology courses.
