Audrey is a Practice Owner and Lead Therapist of A Nurtured Life Psychotherapy, LLC offering virtual therapy for NJ & NY residents. Committed to her purpose, she serves the clinical community by training and educating clinicians on refining their therapy methods and exploring better intervention strategies for their clients.

Dedicated to creating a long lasting impact in the field of psychology in Caribbean landscapes, Audrey currently offers pro-bono therapy services to Liamuiga Women’s Health in St Kitts & Nevis. She has also partnered with Girls of a Feather Inc in St Lucia to provide group and individual therapy to at-risk adolescent girls in addition to facilitating psychoeducational workshops to their families for further support. Finally, Audrey is the creator of Un-Loc’d, a podcast exploring topics on the human experience and providing clinical insight on mental health subjects through the Caribbean lens.

As an advocate for leading a happy and balanced life, Audrey has built a reputation for organizing retreats, executing workshops, sitting on panel discussions, and showcasing presentations at conventions. She has also served as an adjunct professor in the Psychology department at Union County College where she helped to develop critical thinking skills of her students.
